Product Description
Forced air circulation is done to maintain uniformity throughout the equipment. It is through circulation motors & blowers. The motors are mounted on the body from the outside and the only shaft is in the inner chamber. For safety dissimilar metals are used for rotating parts. The shaft and surrounding body are of SS; Blower is of Aluminum. Additionally, rotating parts are safeguarded with a guard grill.Humidity is by steam injection. The humidity system consists of a reservoir tank & humidifier tank, which is fitted with two nos The reservoir tank consists of a float valve to maintain the water level. It has to be connected to a continuous supply of soft water (preferably DM water). The reservoir tank consists of a safety float switch to detect the water level & give an alarm upon low water level. A safety float switch is also provided in the boiler tank to detect the water level & given an alarm upon low water level as well as cut off the supply to the heaters
