TE Connectivity 1-967584-3 Micro Quadlok System Automotive Connector is a male connector housing designed specifically for automotive use with a robust, compact, and high density 2.54mm pitch interface. It includes a 4 way crimp termination black cable housing constructed of durable polybutylene terephthalate material, capable of withstanding temperatures from -40°C up to 120°C.
This connector system provides reliable electrical connections designed to meet demanding automotive applications such as powertrain systems, safety, security, convenience, driver information, and body and chassis systems.
The Micro Quadlok System (MQS) incorporates polarization and keying features to prevent mismating. The stainless steel locking lances ensure a strong primary terminal locking force, securing contacts firmly within the housing.
The sealed versions of this housing offer waterproof protection with an IP69K rating, suitable for harsh environmental conditions. Additional wire seals can be purchased separately to enhance sealing capabilities.
