The enclosure is constructed entirely of ABS material, ensuring impact resistance and temperature tolerance up to 85°C. It features a fine texture anti-scratch grey finish (RAL 7035) on both body and lid to maintain aesthetics under operational conditions.
Measuring 35 mm in height, 110 mm in length, and 85 mm in width, this compact enclosure comfortably houses electrical components and PCBs, facilitated by integrated vertical support guides and 5 mm high bosses for secure fixation.
The lid is fixed to the base using M3 machine screws that are hidden beneath push-on caps for a clean external appearance. The enclosure is supplied with an IP65 gasket kit to achieve the ingress protection rating, ensuring protection from dust and moisture intrusion in challenging environments.
