RS PRO 103-4064 Melamine Foam Acoustic Insulation is a high-performance material designed for superior sound absorption and thermal insulation. This product offers fire resistance to class O and is self-extinguishing, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments. Its temperature resistance ranges from -30°C to +150°C, allowing use in applications with varying thermal conditions. The thermal conductivity of 0.036 W/m.k enhances its insulation performance.

Measuring 1.25 meters in length, 600 millimeters in width, and 25 millimeters in thickness, this grey melamine foam sheet does not have adhesive backing and is UL non-approved. Typical applications include ductwork lining, absorber panel in-fills, absorption linings, and sound reduction panels for generators, boats, cars, off-road vehicles, process plants, and electrical equipment.
