Electrolube DCA200H Transparent Silicone Resin Conformal Coating, presented in a 200 ml aerosol form, provides durable protection for electronic circuitry and PCB assemblies operating within a temperature range from -70 °C to 200 °C. This silicone resin-based liquid coating offers excellent resistance to most solvents, lubricants, and cooling fluids encountered in industrial environments.

Its resilient formula provides exceptional defense against mould growth, ultraviolet light degradation, and prolonged exposure to harsh tropical climates and salt spray. The product finishes with a high gloss surface ensuring high surface resistivity, which is crucial for sensitive electronics performance. Additionally, the coating fluoresces under UV light, facilitating straightforward inspection during quality control processes.

This conformal coating covers approximately 8000 cm² at a 25 micron thickness, ensuring comprehensive protection with minimal material usage.
