Parker GE12SREDCF M Series Steel Male Stud is a high-quality pneumatic fitting designed for 12 mm tube size with G thread standard. Made from corrosion-resistant steel, this male stud offers excellent durability and long service life. It is designed for use in high-pressure hydraulic systems and pneumatic fittings, compatible with a wide range of industrial applications including automotive, defence, energy, environment, water treatment, power generation, and transportation.
The fitting features a steel CR(VI)-free, stainless steel construction with a zinc-plated, passivated finish, ensuring resistance to corrosion. It is sealed at the port connection by an integral nitrile rubber seal, providing a secure and leak-free connection. Operating temperatures range from -40°C to +120°C without pressure reduction for the steel material, making it suitable for demanding environmental conditions.
The product is part of Parker’s Ermeto DIN male stud high-pressure hydraulic tube fittings series, able to connect various tube sizes. Each fitting is supplied with a tube nut; however, the bite ring is ordered separately. The progressive ring bite produces a keyed leak-free tube connection ideal for fluid applications.
These fittings are engineered with robust pressure ratings, up to 800 bar for the S series and 500 bar for the L series. For optimal safety and function, only EO® parts should be used in their assembly and pressure and temperature ratings must not be exceeded.
