nVent SCHROFF 23021-652 Test Connector Adapter is a high-quality Eurocard test adapter adhering to DIN 41612 standards, ideal for electronic testing applications requiring reliable signal integrity. Manufactured with epoxy glass-reinforced laminate EP-GC02 (FR4) ensuring durability and electrical insulation, this adapter supports cards up to 3 HE (100 mm) in height.

The adapter features PC and VME bus compatible prototyping boards made of epoxy glass material conforming to BS 4584 part 3 or 16 with a standard thickness of 1.6 mm and copper weight of 305 g/m² (1 oz/ft²). Its edge connector fingers are gold plated to a thickness of 1.5 microns, optimizing conductivity and contact reliability during tests.

Pre-drilled holes of 1.0 mm diameter arranged on a 2.54 mm (0.1 in.) matrix provide flexibility in prototyping, while the microboard pattern includes a colander ground plane on the component side for maximum screening and glitch-free high-speed operation. The complete solder mask protection enhances durability and protects the PCB during handling.
