It is formulated with acrylic resin base material and offers a transparent finish that fluoresces under UV light, facilitating easy inspection of coated electronic circuit boards. Designed to endure extreme temperature ranges from -55 °C minimum to 130 °C maximum, this coating is reliable in harsh and demanding environments.
Widely used across automotive, military, and aerospace industries, this RS PRO conformal coating meets defense standards including US MIL-1-46058C, ensuring excellence in protection against moisture, chemicals, corrosive elements, and temperature extremes. The coating’s flexibility supports rework, and it is non-corrosive to cadmium and zinc plating.
The aerosol spray application allows for easy and controlled coating in low to medium volume manufacturing settings.
