Product Description

Castrol 1635 7318 is a high temperature lithium complex grease designed for industrial lubrication applications requiring robust performance. It combines mineral oil thickened with lithium-complex soap and additives to provide long-lasting protection and operation under demanding conditions.

This grease is extremely stable with good adhesion to metal surfaces and strong resistance to water washout. It exhibits excellent thermal stability for continuous operation between -30°C and 140°C and can endure short periods at temperatures up to 180°C when re-lubrication frequency is increased.

The grease’s enhanced extreme pressure (EP) load-carrying properties and additives protect machinery from oxidation, corrosion, and wear, ensuring reliable performance in all types of general industrial machinery, electric motors, machine tools, automotive wheel bearings, paper making machinery, and oven fans.

Its reduced oil separation and resistance to hardening under pressure make it suitable for high load and vibratory applications such as steel mills, railway axle-boxes, and construction equipment.
