RS PRO 550-117 black conductive ESD-safe bags measure 508mm wide by 406mm high and are designed for electrostatic discharge protection of sensitive electronic equipment and components. These bags are manufactured from blow moulded LDPE with carbon black, providing a black, light-tight material that prevents electric charge accumulation.

The bags feature a heat seal closure offering a secure, medium level static protection ideal for storing integrated circuits, microchips, circuit boards, and other sensitive modules while in electrostatic protected areas (EPA). The robust design protects contents from damage caused by electromagnetic waves as well as static electricity, making them essential in electronics manufacturing, laboratory, assembly, and cleanroom environments.
