Product Description

PCL ACA2488 Steel Pneumatic Quick Connect Coupling is a high-quality male coupling designed for reliable and safe pneumatic connections with a 9.5mm hose barb connection. Constructed from steel with a yellow zinc passivated finish, this coupling offers excellent corrosion resistance and durability suitable for demanding industrial environments.

The coupling operates efficiently within an operating temperature range of -40°C to 100°C and can handle maximum pressure up to 13.8 bar. It incorporates a nitrile rubber seal ensuring airtight performance, critical in compressed air systems.

Equipped with an innovative two-stage self-venting push-button release mechanism, it first decompresses the lower part of the coupling to prevent hose whip and then safely releases the nipple upon the second press, enhancing operator safety. This mechanism also conforms to ISO 4414:1998 and EN 983:1996 pneumatic safety standards.
