Molex 92315-0610 Picoflex Series Flat Ribbon Cable is a 100 mm long ribbon cable assembly designed for wire-to-board applications in industrial, automotive, and consumer electronic environments. This cable features Picoflex IDC connectors on both ends providing reliable and compact connections suitable for high-density electronic assemblies.
The cable assembly utilizes 1.27 mm pitch Picoflex PF-50 connectors which mate with a range of Picoflex PF-50 series headers including models 90325, 90800, 90779, 90715, and 90814. The contacts are constructed from phosphor bronze alloy with tin plating ensuring corrosion resistance and conductivity. Cable insulation comprises gray PVC with an additional polyester jacket for added mechanical protection.
The IDT housing material is Nylon 6/6 rated UL 94V-0, providing flame retardancy.
