Bostik 91361 Bond-Flex 100HMA transparent silicone sealant is a high-performance non-slump paste supplied in a 310 ml cartridge for easy application. This sealant is single-component and acetoxy curing, providing a waterproof and highly flexible seal that accommodates structural movement and vibration effectively.

It offers excellent adhesion to most building surfaces making it ideal for sealing joints, gaps, and cracks both indoors and outdoors. The product operates reliably over a broad temperature range from -50°C minimum to a maximum of 180°C, making it suitable for demanding mechanical, construction, and industrial uses.

This silicone sealant forms a durable seal resistant to weathering and environmental degradation, yet it is not food processing safe and therefore should not be used in direct food contact areas. The cure time is approximately 24 hours at a 2 mm thickness under room temperature conditions, ensuring reliable cross-linking and seal formation.

With a specific gravity of 1.035 and viscosity of 21 mm²/s at 40 °C for easy handling and consistent dispensing, it is supplied in cartridge form for convenient application via manual or pneumatic sealant guns.
