Product Description

Pfannenberg 11740003055 PF Series fabric filter thermoplastic fan filter is engineered for 223 x 223 mm fans with a length and width of 252 mm, designed for reliable exhaust filtration in industrial cooling and HVAC applications.

This 4th generation high air flow filter fan features a unique pleated fabric filter mat combined with an innovative louvre design that achieves the highest airflow rates at IP55 protection. The patented water and dust pre-separation lamella system prevents the majority of contaminants from reaching the filter mat, significantly extending filter life and reducing maintenance demands.

The filter offers a user-friendly click and fit design, eliminating the need for fixings during installation and filter mat replacements. It includes IP54 variants that meet the enhanced G3 filtration standard, and IP55 variants capable of G4 filtration, with electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) options available for both classes.

The product features a patented 4-corner locking system and a terminal with a cage clamp design whose orientation can be changed in 90° increments to accommodate different wiring configurations. The filter units are reversible, allowing installation for either air intake or extraction from enclosures.
