Jubilee Mild Steel Hose & Jubilee Clip Zinc Plated 25 mm - 28 mm OC2528MS

Jubilee OC2528MS is a mild steel hose and clip featuring a zinc plated finish, designed for industrial and maintenance use in air, fluid, gas, steam lines, and low-pressure hydraulic systems. This product supports hose inside diameters ranging from 25 mm to 28 mm, providing reliable clamping strength while maintaining corrosion resistance due to its zinc plating.

Its 2-ear clamp design, often called 'O' clips or lemon clips, lacks a screw mechanism making it particularly suitable for extremely small hoses and applications requiring tamper-proof fittings. The clamp is designed to withstand pressure, vibration, and temperature-induced hose shrinkage by utilizing a spring-like tension created during installation.

Installation requires pincers to properly crimp each ear sequentially to create a secure seal. Closing one ear fully before the other maintains resilient clamp strength, ideal for demanding industrial and fluid power applications. The product complies with RoHS and REACH standards ensuring environmental safety in its use.

These clips find extensive application in mechanical, fluid power, construction, manufacturing, and HVAC industries, where durable and reliable hose clamping solutions are critical.

Manufactured from mild steel for robust strength and durability. Zinc plated finish offers enhanced corrosion resistance. Works effectively on small hoses without screw mechanisms. Tamper-proof design reduces risk of interference in critical installations.

Commonly used on air, fluid, gas, and steam lines. Installation requires pincers to crimp ears for secure sealing. Spring-like tension offers resistance to pressure, vibration, and hose shrinkage.
