RS PRO 132-605 is a high-performance industrial multiuse quick set epoxy adhesive supplied in a convenient dual cartridge format containing 24 ml of transparent liquid adhesive. This epoxy adhesive is specially formulated for durable bonding of a wide variety of materials including stone, metal, plastic, ceramic, glass, and wood.

The epoxy features a gel time of 4 to 6 minutes which provides users sufficient working time to accurately position bonded parts. It uses a double syringe design allowing a precise and effortless 1:1 mixing ratio of resin and hardener. This approach achieves consistent adhesive strength and minimizes wastage.

It is capable of operating at temperatures up to 60°C and is resistant to water and a broad range of solvents, making it suitable for a variety of industrial and workshop environments. The viscosity of the adhesive ranges between 7000 to 13000 cP/s, ensuring both ease of application and solid adhesive film formation.

After mixing, the adhesive cures rapidly with an initial set in about 2 hours at room temperature and achieves full cure in 24 hours. Application instructions specify that surfaces should be clean, dry, and free from grease before mixing equal parts of resin and hardener for 1 minute, then applying the mixture entirely immediately after.
