RS PRO Electrical Contact Cleaner Lubricant Aerosol 400 ml RS-5914 917-5914

RS PRO 917-5914 Electrical Contact Cleaner Lubricant in a 400 ml aerosol format is designed for use on a wide range of electrical contacts to improve performance and durability. This liquid contact lubricant is silicone-free and evaporates rapidly to enhance electrical conductivity without leaving residues.

The formulation is suitable for use with various plastics and rubbers commonly found in electronic sporting equipment and consumer electronics. It works by loosening tarnish and corrosion on contact surfaces and leaving a thin protective layer that inhibits oxidation and copper corrosion.

Key benefits include excellent electrical properties, prevention of arcing through cooling and penetration effects, and improved mechanical lubrication to extend the contact lifespan and reduce failure rates.

Typical applications include slider and rotary tuners, roller or ball wiping contacts, slip rings, and bushes. This product caters to industrial, electronics assembly, maintenance, and repair environments requiring high reliability of electrical connections.

This contact lubricant is silicone-free which prevents contamination build-up. It loosens tarnish and corrosion while leaving a protective film to prevent further oxidation. Compatible with many plastics and rubbers found in electronic components.

Provides great mechanical lubrication reducing contact wear and arcing. Ideal for slider or rotary tuners, roller or ball wiping contacts, slip rings, and bushes. Used to prolong reliability and lifespan of electrical contacts by improving conductivity.

Available as a 400 ml aerosol spray for convenient application. RS PRO offers a range of contact cleaners and lubricants to maintain and enhance electrical and electronic equipment performance by reducing oxide build-up and mechanical wear.
