RS PRO 908-2789 Threadlocking Adhesive T22 is a professional-grade, low strength purple threadlocker designed to secure longer threads on small fasteners where vibration could cause loosening. It is supplied as a liquid in a 10 ml bottle with a 12-hour cure period, suitable for industrial, mechanical, and fluid power applications.

This adhesive cures only when confined between metal parts, allowing parts to be adjusted and easily disassembled with hand tools when necessary. Its low strength makes it ideal for metals that are susceptible to damage, such as aluminium and brass.

The T22 threadlocker operates efficiently within a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C, with a viscosity range of 1200 to 6000 cP and a specific gravity of 1.1, ensuring a stable and reliable bond in typical industrial environments.

It provides excellent torque retention and threadlock strength for small fasteners vulnerable to vibration, making it invaluable in manufacturing, construction, automotive assembly, and maintenance operations.
