Product Description
Advance Tapes AT541 conductive metallic tape combines a 40 microns aluminium foil backing with a conductive acrylic adhesive, designed for industrial applications requiring electrical conductivity and high temperature resistance up to 155°C.
This tape is 12mm wide and 33 meters long, providing a durable and reliable solution for masking and shielding in electronics, aerospace, and electrical engineering environments. The aluminium foil backing offers excellent shielding properties, while the acrylic adhesive ensures strong adhesion with conductivity maintained through the tape.
The tape includes a removable polyester masking layer that withstands oven temperatures up to 200°C, enabling it to be easily removed without residue after heat processes.
Tested according to ASTM D-1000 and BS EN 60454 standards, it meets military specification MIL-T-47012 and contains in-house tested foil conforming partially to UL510 flame retardant requirements.
