Spelsberg 13945501 TK Series Polystyrene Enclosure is a robust, grey lid general purpose enclosure engineered to house a wide range of electrical, electronic, and pneumatic equipment. Featuring durable polystyrene construction, it offers excellent impact and flame resistance with flammability rating VDE 0471, UL94, 960 °C / V2. Its IP66 rating provides superior protection against ingress of dust and powerful water jets, making it highly suitable for harsh industrial and commercial applications.

The enclosure has an IK08 impact rating, ensuring reliable resistance against moderate mechanical impacts and enhancing durability. With compact external dimensions of 35 mm height, 52 mm length, and 50 mm width, it is ideal for installations in confined spaces or control cabinets.

Designed with an integral cable gland at one end, it facilitates secure cable entry while maintaining the enclosure's sealed integrity. The lid, available in smoke grey transparent or grey options, complements the light grey base (RAL 7035) constructed from glass-fibre reinforced polycarbonate, resistant to most acids.

The enclosure operates reliably within a temperature range of -35°C to +80°C and includes an integrated polyurethane cover gasket to ensure a tight seal. Wall mounting is easily achieved using through holes beneath the lid fixing screws, and surface mounting is possible via knockouts in the base with supplied sealing plugs.

A separate hinge set is available, supplied with drilling templates, fixing screws, and detailed instructions, adaptable for use across the enclosed range. These features collectively make the Spelsberg TK Series enclosure suitable for varied industrial, electrical, and pneumatic equipment protection in demanding environments.
