Rocol 12253 Silicone Grease 500 g Sapphire Aqua-Sil is a translucent, non-toxic silicone grease formulated for effective lubrication of seals, O-rings, slides, and slow-speed bearings in light to medium-duty industrial applications. It provides excellent long-term lubrication and protection even under wet conditions and chemical exposure.
The grease features a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to 200°C, with short-term resistance up to 220°C. Its inorganic colloid thickener and silicone base provide outstanding chemical and water resistance, including salt water, making it exceptional for use in submerged conditions and potable water environments.
Sapphire Aqua-Sil is approved for use in hot and cold potable water systems and is non-toxic and colorless, making it suitable for rubber lubricant applications (except silicone rubber) and various plastics. Its high dielectric strength also enables use as an electrical filling compound.
