Manufactured from Torlon® 4203 electrical grade polyamide-imide, this rod is ideal for components such as connectors, switches, relays, ball bearings, and rollers where both mechanical strength and electrical insulation are critical. It boasts a tensile strength of 192 MPa and an impact strength of 10 kJ/m², providing excellent durability under mechanical stress.

The rod can withstand maximum operating temperatures up to 260°C and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability standard which ensures enhanced safety in electrical and electronic assemblies. Its low thermal conductivity of 0.26 W/mK and hardness at E 86 Rockwell rating provide additional thermal and mechanical stability required in demanding manufacturing environments.
