RS PRO 832-0535 Natural FLEX 45 3D Printer Filament is a high-quality 500 g spool designed for Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) 3D printers with a filament diameter of 2.85 mm. This filament offers a unique balance of flexibility, elasticity, and chemical resistance, supporting expanded 3D printing capabilities beyond traditional materials such as PLA and PETG.

The TPC Flex 45 material delivers excellent adhesion between layers and outstanding mechanical stress resistance without breakage. It has a high carbon content from renewable materials, minimizing environmental impact, and features very low odor during printing.

With excellent UV resistance and the ability to maintain flexibility at low temperatures, this filament is suitable for producing durable and flexible parts that withstand harsh conditions. The recommended extrusion temperature ranges between 230 to 255 °C, with a heated bed temperature between 23 and 70 °C, and bed preparation involving hairspray or glue stick on clean glass to enhance print adhesion.
