Product Details

ABB Electromagnetic Flow Meters are used to measure flow rates in pipes, tanks, reactors, etc. They consist of an induction coil and a magnet which moves through the pipe or tank. The magnetic flux density changes as it passes through the pipe or tank wall. This change in magnetic flux density is measured by the induction coil. The output signal of the induction coil is proportional to the rate of movement of the magnet through the pipe or tank and hence the flow rate.
  • Can be used indoors or outdoors.
