Lalco C.O.D. Digestion Apparatus With 15 No. Of Tubes (297/03) are used for determining Chemical Oxygen Demand in effluents like waste water, industrial water, sewage water which are discarded after processing. It is a Solid block heated unit with provision for 15 samples at a time in 40mm diameter Reaction Vessels. COD is important as an indicator of how much oxygen will be required to treat the incoming waste streams, which in turn drives the use of aeration equipment and, ultimately, electricity.
