OPTIBELT Aluminium Timing Belt Pulley, 16 mm Belt Width, 5 mm Pitch, 18 Tooth, Flanged, Model 18-227T5

OPTIBELT 18-227T5 Aluminium Timing Belt Pulley is engineered for precision mechanical power transmission, featuring a robust construction and technical specifications suitable for demanding industrial applications. This model is designed to work with 16 mm wide timing belts and incorporates a 5 mm pitch, making it ideal for ensuring smooth and efficient transfer of rotational motion. The 18-tooth configuration guarantees accurate synchronization between pulleys and belts.

The pulley is manufactured from high-strength aluminium, promoting both reduced weight and excellent corrosion resistance. With a finished bore diameter of 12 mm, it makes installation straightforward, fitting most standard shafts found in modern mechanical assemblies. Its flanged design provides additional lateral stability to the belt, minimizing the risk of slippage, especially in high-speed or precision-driven operations.

Manufactured from high-strength aluminium for durability and precise operation. Features 18 teeth and 5 mm pitch for accurate belt engagement. Accepts belt widths up to 16 mm to support a wide range of mechanical applications.

12 mm finished bore suitable for standard shaft mounting. Flanged structure prevents belt slippage during high-speed rotation. Pitch circle diameter is 28.65 mm for correct transmission geometry. Flange diameter is 32 mm, offering enhanced belt guidance.

Outside diameter measures 27.8 mm for compact installation. Compliant with RoHS standards for responsible manufacturing.

Common applications include use in automated machinery, mechanical power transmission setups, manufacturing lines, and laboratory equipment requiring dependable and accurate belt-driven movement. The precise tooth and pitch design make it suitable for both industrial and commercial environments where timing accuracy is essential.
