Product Description
The material is fed into the feed chute, from where it is evenly distributed by the feed rollers and dropped onto the upper screen by the spool valve. Before the material falls to the upper screen, a primary suction is applied to remove dust, husks, straw, and other light impurities. The material then passes through three He screen layers for width and thickness separation. The washed material passes again through a wind sieve and an aspirator where the remaining light particles are drawn upwards by a strong air current. Finished product and impurities are collected separately via a discharge shaft.
