A pharmaceutical waste Incinerator Consists of Two Stage Combustion System like a primary Chamber and Secondary Chamber and Three Stage Scrubbing system like a wet scrubber, Ventury Scrubber Followed Packed bed Scrubber. In Primary Chamber the Waste is burned at a Temp of 850+/- 50 C and in the Secondary Chamber at 1150+/- 50 C. First, the Waste is fed into Primary Chamber by a Specially Design Liquid spray Nozzle at the desired temp. The gas generated in Primary Chamber goes to the Secondary chamber and burns gases at a temperature of 1150+/-50 C. After The Secondary Chamber, the gases come at Wet Scrubber, Ventury Scrubber, and Packed bed Scrubber. In this, The Scrubbing liquid will be sprayed so it neutralizes the Gases and gases that come at Stack which is below the Emission Rules of the Central Pollution Control Board or State Pollution Control Board.
