Ansell 25201070 Powdered Neoprene Disposable Gloves offer robust protection in environments requiring chemical splash resistance, such as laboratories, cleanrooms, and industrial settings. These gloves are crafted from high-quality neoprene and designed to shield the wrist and forearm with an overall length of 285mm. Their green colour provides easy identification and compliance in regulated workplace conditions.
Each glove features a powdered interior to facilitate rapid donning, especially under time pressure. The palm and finger thicknesses are 0.13 mm and 0.16 mm respectively, ensuring precise tactile feedback during manipulations and sample handling. The textured fingertips and polymer-coated finish further enhance grip security, whether handling wet or dry substances.
These disposable gloves offer anti-static performance, making them especially suitable for electronics assembly, process sampling with acids and alcohols, biological handling in life sciences, and mechanical maintenance tasks involving splash risks. Their tensile strength of 14 MPa (before ageing) and elongation at break exceeding 700% underline their mechanical robustness. After ageing, the tensile strength rises to 18 MPa and elongation maintains over 600% for sustained performance.
The formulation excludes latex, reducing the risk of Type 1 latex allergy - ideal for sensitive users. Designed to resist chemical accelerators such as zinc diethyldithiocarbamate, these gloves maintain user safety and comfort during prolonged use. They are not classified as food safe.
The gloves are supplied in boxes of 100, optimizing bulk procurement and operational efficiency. Each box forms part of a larger case of 1,000 gloves (10 dispensers per case), supporting scalable requirements for laboratory and industrial procurement.
Compliant with EN 374 standards, these gloves carry an Accepted Quality Level (AQL) of 1.5, assuring reliable protection and manufacturing quality. The gloves originated from Indonesia and are intended for industrial, laboratory, electronics, life sciences, and chemical handling applications where chemical, anti-static, or mechanical risks are present.
