RS PRO Medium Duty Tubular Steel Cylinder Truck 150 kg Load, 200 mm Wheel, Tubular Steel Frame 134-257

The RS PRO 134-257 Medium Duty Tubular Steel Cylinder Truck is engineered for efficient and secure handling of gas cylinders and similar heavy loads in diverse work environments. Featuring a tubular steel frame with an epoxy powder-coated surface, this cylinder truck offers excellent resistance to liquids, temperature extremes, and corrosion, ensuring long-term durability even in harsh conditions.

Designed to transport cylinders weighing up to 150 kg and with a maximum diameter of 280 mm, the truck includes a semi-open load plate with a depth of 520 mm, facilitating easy loading and unloading. The solid rubber wheels, each 200 mm in diameter, provide smooth movement and allow the truck to traverse varied surfaces including grass, laminate, and carpeted floors.

Safety and security are bolstered by a galvanised steel chain that prevents cylinder movement during transit, as well as a pierced frame base which disperses condensation. The ergonomic overall height of 1050 mm helps operators maintain control while reducing strain. The medium duty weight class makes it ideal for routine industrial use, especially in environments like hospitals, medical centers, caravan parks, welding shops, and manufacturing plants.

Additional advantages include easy cleaning due to the epoxy finish and prolonged chain durability against rust and moisture, making the product reliable for daily use. Its compact design, with an overall width of 105 mm and overall depth of 520 mm, fits conveniently in storage and work areas without sacrificing capability.

Industrial applications span material handling, gas cylinder transport for welding, healthcare, manufacturing, and engineering facilities. The RS PRO Cylinder Truck helps ensure workplace safety and operational efficiency.
