Product Description
RS PRO 127-467 Nickel-Plated Brass Conduit Fitting is a highly reliable component for cable management and thread conversion in electrical installations. Engineered for durability, this fitting is crafted from top-quality brass and finished with nickel plating, ensuring resistance against corrosion and long-term performance even in challenging environments. The 20 mm nominal size and M20 to M16 thread adaptation make it a versatile solution for connecting conduits and electrical devices requiring different thread sizes.
The nickel-plated surface further protects against wear and oxidation, supporting safe cable runs through walls or underground. An integrated O-ring ensures a secure, leak-free connection, minimizing risk of operational failures. Compliance with ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014 and BS EN 61340-5-1:2007 standards guarantees reliable electrostatic control and safety. Its refined silver finish delivers both functional and aesthetic advantages, making it ideal for installations where appearance matters.
This fitting is widely used for changing threaded entries in pushbutton stations and limit switches, supporting complex and extended electrical systems in commercial, industrial, and domestic settings. Whether converting from PG (Panzergewinde) to metric threads or adapting between M20 and M16 types, it offers simplicity and reliability for installers and maintenance professionals.
Practical applications include cable conduit management in manufacturing, automation, building infrastructure, and HVAC systems. The robust build ensures longevity, even when exposed to moisture or harsh conditions.
