Consent to Establish (CTE)- Air

What is the service: Permission to establish an industry with air pollution control measures under the Air Act.

Who needs it: New and expanding industries.

Scope of service: We manage the entire CTE (Air) application process. This includes preparing the detailed project report, outlining all air emission sources and proposed APCDs, conducting a dispersion modeling study if required, completing all application forms, and submitting to the SPCB. We address queries and coordinate any required public hearings until the CTE is granted.

Process flow: Project understanding and data collection → Preparation of application with source details, APCD specifications, and commitment to standards → Submission of application to SPCB → Coordination for any technical presentations or public hearings → Addressing queries from the Board → Follow-up for issuance of CTE (Air).
