Product Description
Hydrajaws M2008 Heavy Duty Tester Kit is a high-capacity, portable proof load testing system designed for testing large and critical fixings up to 145 kN. Built to comply with BS 8539 and AEFAC-TN05 standards, this tester is ideal for demanding structural applications within Industrial Testing Instruments.
This tester is widely used for evaluating high load expanding and resin anchors, holding down bolts, base plate fixings, crash barriers, safety fences, stadium barriers, and bridge parapet anchors. With optional accessories, it can also perform rebar pull-out tests, pad eye testing, and ring bolt or eyebolt testing, making it highly versatile for industrial and construction environments.
The M2008 features a lightweight aluminium load-spreading bridge with nine adjustable height positions, ensuring flexibility across different setups. Despite its robust performance, the complete system weighs only 14 kg, making it easier to handle than traditional hydraulic systems. Load application is achieved using a 24 mm ratchet handle with a hydraulic multiplier for smooth operation.
It includes a rechargeable dual-scale digital gauge (0–145 kN) compatible with the Hydrajaws Verify PRO App for digital reporting. Additional features include swivel feet, a spirit level, and a durable wheeled carry case.
