Hydrajaws M2008 Heavy Duty Fixing Tester Kit

The Hydrajaws M2008 Heavy Duty Fixing Tester Kit is designed for professional proof load testing of large anchors and structural fixings. It is widely used for testing expanding anchors, resin anchors, base plates, crash barrier anchors, and structural anchorage systems. The kit is suitable for compliance with BS 8539 and AEFAC-TN05 standards, making it ideal for construction sites, bridges, lighting columns, safety barriers, and infrastructure maintenance projects.

The M2008 features a 0–145 kN dual-scale rechargeable digital gauge with detachable design for easy calibration. It is compatible with the Hydrajaws Verify PRO App for accurate data logging and traceability. The hydraulic multiplier system, operated with a 24 mm ratchet handle, ensures smooth and controlled load application.

A lightweight aluminium triangular load-spreading bridge with nine height settings improves portability while maintaining strength.
