Scope of service: We streamline the annual return filing. Our experts will collect data on waste generation quantities, inventory movements, and disposal records (including manifests and treatment/disposal certificates from TSDFs). We compile this into the prescribed Form 4 format, ensure all calculations are accurate, and submit the return online. We also maintain a backup of all supporting documents for regulatory audits.

Process flow: Data collection from waste ledgers, manifests, and disposal certificates → Compilation and reconciliation of data for the financial year → Drafting of Form 4 (Annual Return) → Internal verification and cross-checking with authorization limits → Online submission on the SPCB portal → Acknowledgment and record-keeping.
