Scope of service: We develop and execute a practical strategy to meet EPR targets. This involves a detailed gap analysis, identifying and partnering with authorized plastic waste processors (recyclers, co-processors), setting up or integrating with collection infrastructure (including informal sector integration), managing the reverse logistics, and ensuring environmentally sound processing. We provide monthly tracking reports and documentary proof of fulfillment (PCRs).

Process flow: Calculation of specific category-wise plastic waste target → Development of a channelization strategy (collection, aggregation, processing) → Partner identification and agreement execution with PWPs and aggregators → Monitoring of collection and processing activities → Collection and verification of Processing Certificates (PCRs) from partners → Compilation and reporting of fulfillment progress to the client.
