Water Activity Meter LWTM-A10 is a real portable water activity meter, with a weight of only 1.5 kg, lighter than a mobile phone. It has a 0 to 1.0 aw range and offers an operating temperature range from 0 to 50˚C. Designed with a 6-bit backlight LCD digital display and an integrated non-conductive humidity sensor, it measures fast activity of water within 5 minutes and features an under-voltage alarm indication. It is easy to measure water activity anytime and anywhere, and is also used in free water in the state of food balance.
Applications:
Water Activity Meter is used to measure the dryness-enduring ability of microorganisms, as well as for measuring the water activity of food and selecting reasonable packaging and storage methods.
