Product Description
Ultrasonic Homogenizer (Non-contact) LUHS-B12 is a cup-form homogenizer with 3 L disruption capacity. With 20 KHz ± 1 KHz operation frequency, it is used for disruption of cells, emulsification, and homogenization of varied biological samples with a minimum volume as low as 5 μL. It can be used for breaking up chromosomes and crushing cells aseptically across centrifugal glass tubes.
Applications:
Used in biomolecular fragmentation, cell disruption, ChIP assay (Chromatin Immunoprecipitation), next generation sequencing DNA, eluting membrane proteins, homogeneous emulsification reactions, and pre-treatment of ultrasonic exquisite samples.
