HYBRIDIZATION INCUBATOR(RSI/HI-208): Hybridization incubator from RICO is an ideal laboratory tool for hybridization of transfused membrane used in the technique of southern and northern soaking. This scientific tool is designed to create ideal laboratory conditions suitable for nucleic acid and protein hybridization. This is ideal for sterile laboratory testing and where the integrity of the sample should be preserved while heating at accurate temperature for the right time. These simple and versatile devices are found in applications including nucleic acid hybrids such as North (RNA) blur / hybridization, southern (DNA) blur / hybridization, western (protein) spots, and molecular biology assays. It also eliminates the need for water bath and heat sealers.It is equipped with a microprocessor which allows accurate selection of temperature control. Advanced ventilation design technique used in incubator Maintains uniformity and accuracy of temperature within +0.5C.
- Adjustable two ventilation slides control the internal air / vapor circulation.
- High-quality beam heat elements made from nicomed / colored wire are placed in the ribs on the bottom and sides for equal heat distribution.
- Different program functions can be designed for different types of applications, and whenever used.
- The temperature is displayed by the digital LED in front of the oven with SV and PV display.
- Front panel is provided with ON / OFF switch, temperature controller and indicator.
