This scientific tool is designed to create ideal laboratory conditions suitable for nucleic acid and protein hybridization. This is ideal for sterile laboratory testing and where the integrity of the sample should be preserved while heating at accurate temperature for the right time. These simple and versatile devices are found in applications including nucleic acid hybrids such as North (RNA) blur / hybridization, southern (DNA) blur / hybridization, western (protein) spots, and molecular biology assays. It also eliminates the need for water bath and heat sealers.It is equipped with a microprocessor which allows accurate selection of temperature control. Advanced ventilation design technique used in incubator Maintains uniformity and accuracy of temperature within +0.5C.
- Adjustable two ventilation slides control the internal air / vapor circulation.
