Medical Autoclave EMA-A20

Medical Autoclave EMA-A20 is a tabletop Class B autoclave with vacuum drying, offering a sterilization temperature of 134°C and 0.22 MPa of pressure. It features a stainless steel 304 chamber with a mirror finish and a sealing cover, along with a double-pressure protection safety door lock. With a 23 L capacity, this autoclave is equipped with automatic computer control and an LCD dynamic display for a simple and convenient user interface. It includes a liquid sensor for water level detection and a temperature protection device. The built-in independent steam generator, safety pressure protection lock, and automatic induction sterilizing cavity pressure enhance safety and efficiency. Designed with an open-type top water tank, it allows flexible operation with a manual timer ranging from 0 to 90 minutes. Users can set sterilization times of 5, 10, or 18 minutes as required. Optional USB function and U-disk storage enable data recording, along with B&D test, helix test, and vacuum test programs. The device also supports reset sterilization procedures, three pre-vacuum and vacuum deep drying functions, and adjustable drying time.
