Ethylene Oxide Sterilizer LEOS-A14 is a vertical, constant-temperature heating box-type sterilizer cabinet with a manual door opening, offering a 460 L capacity. It operates at a sterilization temperature of 50℃ and a working pressure of -60 kPa. The sterilization chamber is made of 304 anti-corrosion stainless steel, while the outer box is constructed from 1.8 mm thick carbon steel with a baked plastic powder coating. It features an electric heating method with automatic ventilation every 30 minutes. The built-in temperature, humidity, and pressure sensors, along with an automatic control system, ensure stability, efficiency, and quality. The digital LCD screen displays real-time data, including temperature, humidity, pressure, sterilization time, residual treatment time, and cycle count. A built-in printer records and verifies the entire sterilization process. It includes an explosion-proof electric heating device with over-voltage and over-temperature protection, along with an automatic residual air processing system for reliable operation.
