Synthetic Fibers are cut into desired length from (5mm to 100mm) Garnetters and textile mills cut wool, Nylon, Cotton, Dacron, Staple, Rayon, Tery-lene, Tow, Polyester, Knitted Goods, Fabric Waste, Hard Waste & Thread waste prior to blending. The length of the cut can be adjusted and fixed with Gear motor with AAC drive for variable speed.Blades: It has three blades (one bed knife & two fly knives) made of high speed steel imported and are brazed properly. (If required theses blades can also be supplied at extra cost.Construction: The machine is of very substantial and rigid construction. The main frame is of cast iron, adequately brazed to give rigid foundation for the rotating cutter-head.Feed: Feed is affected by means of travelling apron.
