Vertical Autoclave: Sturdy double wallconstruction with boiler made of Stainless Steel 16 gauge sheet. Outer shall isalso made of Stainless Steel Sheet/ Mild Steel. Boiler and outer shell isprovided with air insulation. Lid is made of Stainless Steel Sheet andtightened alround by radial locking . Joint less gaskets are made of Neoprenerubber. These sterilizers are hydraulically tested upto 40 PSI.Sterilizers arefitted with water level arrangement to indicate water position inside theboiler. Pressure gauge, Air/Steam release cock two safety valve are alsoprovided. The autoclave is fitted with indfoss pizzostat and can be set between10 to 20 PSI.Immersion type heating element heats the water and steam todesired temp. And pressure are attained. We have provided all autoclaves tocut-off automatically when the autoclave is dry. Supplied complete with S.S.basket, cord and plug to work on 220 Volts 50 cycles A.C. supply
