Double Walled Hot Air Oven

Hot Air Oven: This Oven has double walls with an inner chamber made of Aluminum/Stainless Steel . Outer surface of Mild Steel and painted in Epoxy Powder Coating . The gap between walls is filled with special grade Mineral Wool which helps proper insulation and avoids loss of energy. In the inner chamber 2/3 removable shelves are provided. The  is fitted with heavy caste chromium plated hinges with a spring and automatic roller to and fro latch. Synthetic rubber gasket is provided on the door for better grip.The temperature is controlled by a precision Thermostat working in the range of 50 C. to 250 C in the variation up to plus minus 2 C . The inner chamber is heated with the help of coils heaters placed at the bottom with three control switch (Rotary Switch). For low, medium and high wattage .Control panel is located directly beneath the door provided with two neon pilot lights which indicate control cycles as well as mains. Temperature control knob graduated in centigrade , wattage controller knob marked Off, low, Medium and high. Complete with adjustable shutters near the top for ventilation, shelves wire and plug . To work on 220/230 volts A.C. but without thermometer.
