NSK NAS15ALCE01KCZ Guide Block Linear Guide Block from the N Series is engineered for high-performance linear motion applications requiring durability and precision. With a dynamic load rating of 5750 N and static load rating of 9100 N, this robust guide block features carriage dimensions of 56.8 mm length and 34 mm width. The carriage is constructed from special high carbon steel, ensuring superior wear resistance and long service life.

The N Series represents NSK's latest advancement over the former LS and LH series, delivering 1.3 times higher dynamic load ratings and doubled lifespan thanks to a new groove design that disperses load and reduces surface pressure. This significantly enhances maintenance intervals and overall productivity in demanding industrial environments.

Designed with a new ball recirculation path, the guide block is optimized for high-speed usage and reduced operational noise by up to 3 dB. The integrated NSK K1 lubrication system uses a unique blend of mineral oil and polyolefin resin, enabling maintenance-free operation over long distances of up to 40,000 km. This lubrication system is ideal for applications where grease can be difficult to apply or may be washed away.

This guide block is ideal for a wide range of industrial applications including machine tools, robotics, semiconductor production, automotive assembly lines, CT scanners, measuring instruments, automation systems, and train platform doors.
