This system produces ultrasonic waves by the mechanical vibrations of electrical frequency generation and the movement of molecules by electrical energy. Separate control panel is provided comprising of transformers, Indicator lights, On of Switch, whole system is electronically controlled by digital electronic temperature indicator cum controller & digital timer. It is used for de-greasing, cleaning, washing, removing soluble films & contaminated particles such as residues of blood, tissues, taken from the patient body. It fulfils the requirements of providing sterilized surgical instruments in a short period of time after conducting each surgery to avoid contamination to spread infection in the Human Body.
