Product Description

SMC KQG2 stainless steel pneumatic fitting female model KQG2 is designed for threaded-to-tube connection applications requiring high-performance resistance to corrosion, chemicals, and elevated temperatures up to 150°C. Manufactured from SUS316 stainless steel, this fitting delivers better corrosion resistance than conventional grade 304 stainless steel, which is particularly beneficial in chloride-exposed environments.

This compact and lightweight fitting is approximately 30% smaller and 62% lighter than the older KQG series models, allowing reduced footprint in pneumatic systems. The female thread size is R 1/4 inch, paired with a 6mm push-in tube connection, enabling quick and secure assembly for compressed air, water, and steam lines.

Capable of operating across a broad range of pressure (-100 kPa to 1 MPa) and temperature (-5°C to +150°C) conditions, the KQG2 series fittings use FKM seals that ensure compatibility with multiple tubing materials such as nylon, soft nylon, polyurethane, polyolefin, FEP, and PFA. Their grease-free construction further reduces maintenance requirements.
