Semi-Automatic Chocolate Industry Biological Treatment Plant Our Semi-Automatic Chocolate Industry Biological Treatment Plant is a state-of-the-art machine designed to reduce wastewater from the chocolate industry. The process starts with a raw wastewater stream that enters the machine and is passed through a series of gravity filters. The raw wastewater is then sent to a heated, rotating drum. Inside the drum, the water is sprayed with a hot mist of water and is then sprayed with bacteria-laden, liquid enzyme. After the misting process, the drum rotates, which releases the water. The water is then sent to a sludge tank and into a clarification tank where it is mixed with lime.
