FlexLink Die Cast Aluminium with Polyethylene Slide Inserts End Cap, Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene XCBE 20X44

FlexLink XCBE 20X44 End Cap is a precision-engineered component constructed from die cast aluminium combined with polyethylene slide inserts made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene. This design ensures excellent wear resistance and load capacity, making it ideal for industrial applications requiring constant sliding movements such as pushers or pick and place units.

Specifically created for use with the FlexLink XC profile system, this end cap is supplied in various lengths (3, 2, and 1 meters) for optimal fixing at approximately 250mm centers using M6x12 countersunk socket screws and M6 T-slot nuts (fasteners sold separately). It is suitable for demanding industrial scenarios in mechanical, automated manufacturing, and material handling systems.

The end cap is anodised and combines multiple materials including die cast aluminium, an aluminium base, steel, polyamide, zinc, and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene to achieve superior mechanical and chemical properties. Manufactured in Sweden, it meets stringent quality requirements to ensure longevity and reliability in structural system assemblies.
