Product Description

FAG NUP210-E-XL-TVP2 cylindrical roller bearing offers a precision solution for industrial machinery requiring robust radial load support at high speeds. Rated with a 50 mm inside diameter and 90 mm outside diameter, this bearing features a 20 mm race width and is designed for applications with no axial loads but significant radial forces.

Its robust construction includes low-alloy, through-hardened chromium steel inner and outer rings along with cylindrical rollers that distribute load effectively for extended durability and resistance to deformation under stress. The glass fibre reinforced polyamide (PA66) cage reduces friction, vibration, and noise, making it lighter and quieter than traditional brass cages.

The bearing incorporates a C3 clearance to accommodate thermal expansion during operation and allows for large temperature differentials via press fit rings. The non-locating design, with ribs on the outer ring only, permits axial displacement between rings, increasing operational reliability.

This bearing supports a dynamic load rating of 75 kN and static load rating of 69 kN, and operates up to a limiting speed of 9700 rpm. It is an open-end type design with a removable inner ring, allowing for ease of mounting, dismounting, and lubrication.
